We tried to go for a drink in a quiet place and the rude security guard just told us to go away. We just had a dinner before... no drinks. Apparently we drunk enough tonight. Your venue looked pretty quiet and we know why... Unfortunately i have to give you 1 star minimum but 0 will definitely be the right rate !

Hi star hotel, my grandfathers been on this earth 87years but apparently at star hotel that doesnt count. Unless hes got money to spend on the pokies hes not welcome. Kicking veterans out for not being sober as they enter a pub is sacrilege. The bouncer has a real attitude that needs adjusting. Peace

We booked a night there to attend a wedding close by. It been a nightmare, 4 TVs none of them working. Very dirty floors and walls, broken automatic blinds, broken toilet and sink. If look like been a war inside this three bedroom apartment. Really disappointed and unhappy because them supposed to check the apartment before handing it to others customers. They will never see me again over there.

$9.20 for a schooner of beer. Outrageous. The pub has history but has been decked out with pokies. Lost its feel. Went to the Great Southern hotel $6.50 schooners and much better atmosphere

Absolutely appalling the machines as in pokies here are rigged. 100% I played for five hours spending $5000 and not one feature paid over $100. This place isnt following gambling rules and something needs to be done about it asap! How terrible to just play people like that
