When I was ordering at the bistro the service was fantastic, I was handed a beeper and I sat three tables from the bistros counter, ruffly 10 steps away, after a few minutes I noticed a meal sitting on the counter for at least 4 possibly 5 minutes when another meal was coming out of the kitchen the plate that was sitting on the counter was brought over to me, after I tried a chip I noticed it was cold so I took it back and mentioned it was cold and I also mentioned I noticed it was sitting there for some time, they agreed and offered to re heat it for me, I also mentioned the beeper never went off and they said it didn't go off because we knew you were sitting so close.

I love this place! A real life Crackerjack story about a Bowlo on the brink that reinvented itself with good food and quality entertainment. Now one of the best outdoor venues to watch live music in Newcastle. Book a table for $10 a head to watch the band and redeem your investment off your food bill! Brilliant
