Very well run venue so many pokies for all to enjoy. Even outside area that you can smoke extremely large sports bar.

The commercial club is a huge, cavernous airplane hanger of a place. It also has rooms everywhere like a rabbit warren. Even the staff don't know the locations of everything. The management should allow ggl inside to map the whole place. The staff are really pleasant, happy and helpful. My interaction was more than usual as they cooked the wrong meal for me. I wanted to accept what they prepared but they thought I was being critical and complaining. Perhaps they're so used to fussy guests, nevertheless they re cooked my meal. Another 20 mins. It's confusing, it's old and it's tired but that's my view after just one meal there. If you forget the ambiance it's excellent value and if you become a member, just a few $'s it's even better value. I'll need to return on 2 or 3 more occasions to really assess the place properly. All the patrons were happy, even dancing so that's a good sign it's doing something right.

Food is quite good though the staff and service is extremely rude and arogant will never come again just based on customer service alone ! After waiting a hour for our meal we politely asked the staff where our meal was and was told we need to be patient and this is just how it is,With great attitude. Customer service needs to be reviewed Would not recommend for any travellers
