Was playing the Victorian Mid Amateur championship held on both the Old and West courses. It was a pity that we had thunderstorms on day one, but the course held up well, and dried off pretty quick. The course is in great condition with Santa Ana Couch grass fairways, and bent greens. It is tight and with lots of undulations throughout the golf course, along with some blind tee shots and approaches to greens. The greens are firm and quick at time of my game. If you are visiting the area, I would highly recommend a visit to stay and play. The staff in the restaurant and proshop are very friendly and helpful. Also I love the mini golf complex that was built. It's a great course for the whole family. There is also great undercover area as well around the mini golf course.

Attended this course for a total of 3 days as part of an annual golf trip. Couldn't fault either course! Was in great condition and had the right mix of challenge for the experienced and for those just there for a bit of fun. Will be returning again!
