Although the club is still a building site the actual club premises is very upmarket. The dining area is well laid out with spacious seating. The menu is reasonable and the pricing is also reasonable. The staff are quite courteous and efficient. Can recommend as a lunch venue

I used the Willow Room for my daughter's 2nd birthday and this is such an excellent venue. The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond for any requests. Dealing with the event management was such a breeze due to their friendly nature. Thank you all so much! Highly recommended

first time back after 5 months. As previous 3 visits we had to send meals back that were too raw or cold. We assumed after 5 months should improve. But NO waited 1hr 40 for 2 salads when asked, they had lost the tickets. Asked for refund but instead they pushed meals out which was all lettuce. So order 6pm ate at 8pm. If we hadn't asked we would have still had been sitting there. Won't be back to eat

Had my daughter's engagement party at this venue. The function room and garden area is amazing. The staff lovely and helpful. Carpark is a nightmare to get to and from the venue due to building going on. The food is absolutely terrible and most people didn't eat their meal as it was so bad. If you want a great venue go here just avoid the food.

The BEST WEDDING VENUE and dream team vendors!!! We had our wedding here just a few days ago and we cannot fault them, Patricia and the Lakeside team were absolutely AMAZING to work with!! Patricia is extremely organised, professional, accommodating and her really lovely personality made all the months of planning SO EASY and the actual day itself went so smoothly. She seriously went above and beyond and saved us tonnes of stress and we couldnt have asked for a better day and vendors who just nailed it. We went with many of their preferred vendors and are so happy we did, this also saved me so much time and made my life easier. We were so lucky to have beautiful sunny weather, the garden ceremony area looked beautiful and many of our guests said so too. The florals/styling made it so special and the reception room was gorgeous. Also, the food was so DELICIOUS. Were so grateful to Patricia and the Lakeside team for making our day absolutely perfect!!

Such a nice place if they had better staff. The manger Ronny and worker Rita are so rude , I think they need to get a job without human interaction . She always has something smart to say along with the side kick manager that sits in the poker machine area worrying about what people do . I know many people have stopped going to the club for that reason. Maybe they should worry about keeping busy and minding their own business. OVERALL CLUB IS NICE BUT DOWN RUDE STAFF
