A wonderful shopping experience. Be it to purchase fruits , vegetables , flowers , live chickens , hardware, garden stuff and lots more. This place can be easily reached by train as well. There is plenty of parking onsite , head for the terrace parking to avoid delays. You can get carts for hire at 3-4 dollars plus a deposit but youll have to return them to the same counter to get the refund of the deposit which can be a pain given the extra walk to and back to the parking lot. The variety of vegetables and fruits is great. Take a look around before making your purchase as you find few variations in price and quality of products. There is a sea food section as well towards the back of the market. There is a cafe in the market to refresh yourself with a coffee or light snacks. The market is open to public only on Saturdays. Head there early (market opens at 5 AM!) to get the best produce.

If you're cooking in bulk this is the place to stock up! It's a proper market so expect busy jostling and yelling from traders and everything laid out in boxes on the floor. I spent $50 and filled the car boot however produce doesn't last as long as the supermarket so prepare what you're going to use it for before you go. Kebabs ($7) and gozleme ($7) + coffee all available on site. There was also a seafood section but we didn't buy anything but it all looked very fresh and reasonably priced.

If you want to save a dollar or two on fresh produce, you can't go wrong with this place. Eat seasonal produce in cheaper than supermarket prices. Lots of deals to be had. You have to spend at least 1 hour walking up and down the aisles to see what is on offer. Make sure you have cash - no EFTPOS facilities at the stalls. There is a money machine available by the fish end of the warehouse. Gates shut at 2pm, trading closes at 3pm. It's this golden hour that you can get the best deals as stall owners slash prices to clear out produce.

We visit the Paddy's Sydney markets for fresh produce on Saturdays (between 6 am to 2 pm) or on Sundays for additional needs of clothing, household, kids stuff, gifting and so much more - basically A to Z of anything and everything! There's also a flower market that I haven't been to yet so cannot comment about it. However, look forward to visiting soon.

BEST PLACE in Sydney for all your REAL FOOD options... the best fruit and vegetables, massive Fish Market, Meat, Delis, Fresh breads all kinds, Supermarket, honey, nuts, spices, eggs, chicken... everything you need...from the farm gate, in an easy one stop shop at great prices so you never need to visit those rubbish Supermarkets ....heaps of free parking, easy access from.all.over Sydney, near M4 ramps...
