Very friendly staff and excellent traditional food. It's a shame I live so far away, otherwise I would come here all the time

Our friends hired this venue for a 60th and it was fabulous. Big dance floor and plenty of room.

Ironically I love this place, even when everything about it says I shouldn't. We used to refer to it as our secret restaurant in the middle of nowhere, though in recent times I think it is gaining popularity with those looking for good food at great value. The atmosphere and authenticity gives it a small town rustic charm your couldn't replicate. Whilst on our recent visit the venue was unexpectedly busy, we were left waiting upwards over an hour for our food to arrive We were politely thanked for our patience via signage and reminded that everyone working there are volunteers. The venue had an event that night and we were treated to a cultural dance. We quickly forgot about the wait time for the food whilst we were being entertained. When the food arrived, we were treated to the usual - consistently great tasting meals with large portions and great value for money!

Hidden treasure! Need to recommend to my friends! I loved the Eastern (Central) European Authentic food. Enjoyed deep fried cheese as well as chicken schnitzel. Portions were above average and the Czech/ Slovak beer is a must! :-) Thank you, will be back again with the whole family.
