I cant recommend Timezone Kotara more for your next party! My sister celebrated her 10th birthday here and she had an absolute blast, as did her friends! The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and fun! The party room was spotless and had plenty of chairs, and lounges to relax on. They even had helium balloons and a Happy Birthday sign already set up on the table! The online booking system was so easy too! Took me a matter of minutes to have it organised. We look forward to celebrating here again in the future

Great friendly staff lovely evie helped out so much and apologised for not getting enough time in the party room due the party before us. The Birthday boy had so much fun. Definitely will be doing another party there.

Was a great experience had lots of fun. But the children put their lolly bag down to check their cards and somebody took it. When asked at the counter they couldnt really care less and said nothing they can do about it. I guess thats the way the cookie crumbles. But there was a massive pile of lollies behind the counter they couldve just gave and the kids one lolly each to keep them happy.

My son and his friends have had a great time celebrating his party at Timezone Kotara. Our party host Zara did an exceptional job attending to all our requests while supervising and playing with 17 kids with a smile on her face the whole time. She was lovely and very patient Thank you Zara!

My daughter had a 7th birthday party there over the weekend. I felt like we didn't even have a party host. She kept leaving and the parents had to direct every child to all the games it was like here is your card see you in a bit... there was no structure. We had to be the ones to make our daughter feel important on her day. As much as the young girl was asking if we needed anything, I was really hoping for a host. And she came in the room to tell us we had 4 minutes to leave while the kids were in the process of eating cake we were looking at the time, but I found that a bit rude, considering she didn't have a part in the party, we didn't get to take home the party balloons for the birthday girl which our daughter was upset about. Kids did have fun, it was a great place for a party but definitely didn't include the party host! That is why I give it an okay.. Glad we knew all the parents and they were understanding!

After purchasing gift card then realising it wouldn't be activated for 3 days I immediately phoned customer support to explain MY error. I was told by support that was fine it would take approx 3 days for refund. Today email arrives saying sorry not refunding. If this had been told on the day i would not have given cash as well to my nephew.

Today my friend and I were helped by 6 different workers and we would give all of them 100/5 stars if we could, Mel served us first and helped us load $60 onto our card, Justen helped us by getting our card out that got stuck in the SpongeBob game. Harvey added the tickets to our card, Jordan ran bumper cars round for us, Toby helped by switching our among us character to a different colour and Naomi helped us with our items in the prize shop. They were all very nice and welcoming to us. Thank you, Timezone Kotara Team especially these guys!!
