4 Star Review by Jasemann Rocks
I visited for a night while down the coast and this is an amazing club and set up. Friendly, helpful staff. Great range of tap beers, reasonably priced. Awesome bistro (even has lobster mornay on the menu (only place along the coast on a Tuesday with available. Half the reason we went and weren't disappointed. Quality and price)) Thats with our even having a roll up. I'll definitely be back to try out the amazing looking covered greens out back next time I'm in the area!! Thanks heaps

We have been to Club Sapphire on many occasions for lunch and it has always been a wonderful meal. However we went there for Dinner last night and I was extremely disappointed. I requested a well done steak and it got served to me VERY red, I had a few bites and couldnt move past the blood so left it to eat the salad . Which had no dressing! The chips were nice though I definitely wont go back for dinner because of these reasons and the expensive cost for a meal that is so much cheaper and nicer during the lunch period

We attended Merimbula Bowls "Club Sapphire" Bistro based on the positive Google reviews and we were not disappointed. The venue is comfortable and light and airy. The staff are friendly attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our entrees of soup and garlic prawns and then took on mains of chicken wings and ribs, delicious, but make sure you're hungry before you tackle this! We liked the place so much we signed on to membership for when we come back later in the year!

We are regular visitors from Melbourne and had dinner tonight. Our meals were delicious, we had the Beef Thai salad and a roast of the day. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back! Enjoyed our experience here.

Club Sapphire in Merimbula Visited on 12/3/2021 Great ambiance, away from the gaming machines. The dining area is very spacious. Tonight's special is Slow Cooked Roast Ribs. The presentation can be a bit better. The char-grilled egg plant is flavoursome. The sole is fairly good size, and not overcooked. Presentation is again a bit slap-dash.

This is the place to be!! Barefoot bowls, a kids playground, GREAT food, friendly and quick service clean & fresh! We had a great night and the food was amazing!! The pesto pasta with chilli prawns & my toddler had the Bolognese in the kids size & her Dixie cup ice cream, and we were both happy little campers!! The portion size is substantial and the quality of food is 100% - Id highly recommend the pork belly and Asian slaw dish!!

I must admit that this was given 1 star out of protest only as the oysters were passable. I would have offered no star if no oysters. I had the lamb cutlets and they were dry and tasteless. Why crumb something and burn the crumb. We both laughed and just could not get out of there quick enough. I have been eating out over the last month on my journey and this was the worst and did not even eat it. My wife ordered the rissoles and she thought the mash was the only thing edible.
