Nice atmosphere. Decent variety of menu choices. The lady taking the orders was so nice and very knowledgeable of the products. Heaps of places to sit and eat. Busy on a Friday night, but food came out pretty quick considering. A good night with some friends.

I had the steak special for $12 on Thursday nights, the steak was a different thickness throughout so it wasn't cooked as requested....parts were well done, other parts were rare. The food from the bistro is usually good but this was from the burger restaurant, I won't be buying the steak again, especially as you had to pay extra for the chips.

had a take away lunch special lemon chicken . was very little chicken mainly batter and vey small amount also had beef and black bean had 5 small pieces of tough meat wont be rushing back

We attended with all our family including children we were approached by a very rude staff member with a security guard and were told to keep our children quiet (while they were playing on the screens for the children) staff member was extremely rude!! When we e-mailed the club to address how we were spoken to (but no other parents were and there was about 12 other kids playing as well) we were told that our children are bad and we must be bad parents who cant control our children not happy at all they handled this terribly we will never return!!! Which is a shame because the food is beautiful and the kitchen staff are all wonderful!!!!

If I could have given this place less than one star, I would've.. My partner and I went to eat there for the first time tonight and we will not be going back.. Both our meals were ordinary at best.. The chips and diane sauce weren't necessarily terrible but the tiniest salad portion we've ever been served in any bistro we've ever been to was dry and sad and browning and awful with no dressing to speak of and unfortunately the worst problem with the actual food was more serious than just taste or quality of ingredients.. Both our schnitzels came out smelling and tasting of fish having obviously been fried in the same oil the kitchen was using to fry seafood which is absolutely a cross contact food safety issue.. And the worst problem of all was that when I brought this up with the staff, the older woman who had taken my order and the pink haired woman who felt compelled to butt into my conversation for seemingly no reason were both so rude and dismissive and when I did eventually access the head chef, he laughed and smirked through informing me that the fact that all the food was fried in the same oil was outside of his control despite my pointing out and his acknowledging that this was both not safe and not true.. Now, just to be clear, we ate the food.. It was paid for and cooked and neither of us actually suffer personally from food allergies.. Supplementary to that neither of us are huge fans of food waste considering people go hungry every single day.. It's just a real shame that our new local club turned out to have such a terrible attitude towards both customer service and food safety... Would not recommend..
