Wonderful service! I Was after a cage for my mum, got online found what I wanted, placed my order last night and it arrived this morning. It was already setup and ready go for my mum's beautiful lovebird. Now I can't wait to decorate it. Thank you so much Preston's Petbarn.

Excellent store with big range and helpful staff. Often a few good specials but otherwise can be expensive. The warehouse feel makes it seem like things are cheaper. Used to go to see the cats and I adopted mine there but haven't seen any the last few times.

Staff is definetely amazing and they are so knowledgeable in every way. They solved my problem and we found the best suitable food for our puppy. They gave me a great and detailed time and the result is amazing Thank you for everything, this location is where I will go from now on.

Service disgraceful...not helpful at all. I went in with a price but unfortunately it was the online price. So when checking online it does not advise the instore price even though the store i went into was selected in online search. After calling the store i was told I could price match (with another store & in stock) & they would match it. But I had to do all the work & then go back in! When I originally questioned the price I was told that it was the amount i saved....$89 I highly doubt it. Took 6 calls to get anyone to answer the phone in store. Kept disconnecting me. The different salesperson who answered the phone was helpful. thank you. When I first went instore i asked about the size I needed & the girl told me she go & look for me out the back then she proceeded to serve another customer even though there were other staff to do that at the register. Well done you got my money THIS TIME! never again. Very disappointing
