My wife and I popped in for 1 drink and check the place out Well we had a few more than 1 and in fact ended up staying until they closed the doors for the evening. Trish & Mel the owners are all hands on and really welcoming. Jo, Sandra, Sully and Im sorry i forgot the other amazing woman behind the bar are were all super friendly, fun and ensured we had a great night out The drinks list is tight and interesting, with some great local and international whiskeys along with some smart local wines. They also offer a few whiskey flights too. We had already had dinner so didnt eat this time, although the meals we saw leaving the pass on the open kitchen looked fantastic. Im looking forward to going back to have some of Mels food and a few more glasses of the local wines which feature well on the list. Thanks again for a great, impromptu night out. Cheers Chris

Just recently opened whisky bar. Small range but features a local distillery. Try the Craft Works Tasting Flight. Really nice space, good bar food, friendly staff. Put it on your list.

Amazing service, food and of course cocktails. We had a 60th birthday party recently and Trish was so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic venue. Will be back soon for sure.

Whisky and Wags is a great little bar located in the Webb building on George Street, in the centre of Bathurst. This bar will appeal not just to whisky lovers but to anyone looking to enjoy locally produced beers, wines and spirits. The staff are hard working, polite, and attentive. The live entertainment provided a nice ambiance. I am looking forward to seeing their whisky collection grow over time. A must try is the locally produced Craftworks Whisky and at the time of writing you can purchase a flight of Craftworks whisky for $40. I wasnt there long enough to enjoy their food but it all looked mouth wateringly good. If I had to pick one improvement they could make it would be to dim the lights to create an even more intimate setting. Good luck.

Inexperienced, rude and horrible quality; the trifecta. At the bar I ordered simple drinks and still they had no clue what to do I had to instruct the bar person on how to make it. I waited well over an hour for food on a night that was not very busy. When I received the food it was cold, the manager at this establishment was unwelcoming and very degrading.

Service wasn't great and would not trust the food being gluten free like I was told, due to how I felt afterwards. Also not many choices of beer & some out of stock.
