Binalong Hotel reviews
5 Star Review by G X Rule
It's a pub. An oasis off the main drag. The eating area outside is good with large wooden tables and the atmosphere is casual. Staff are very friendly and very polite. There is plenty of room. Beer is fresh on tap and the food is great. I had one of the biggest Parmies ever and it was delicious. Set on a bed of chips and accompanied by a really fresh salad. Was delivered promptly not long after order. I did not finish it totally it was so big. I tried hard. But it was only the chips I left behind. The chicken was moist and very tasty. The cheese on top above the sauce on the schnitzel was lightly grilled so it just bubbled and was lightly browned in most parts. Just what you need after a day travelling or working. Will definitely be on my list to visit again if I am in the area.

In the whole of 30minutes, Bar man was rude and arrogant and inattentive - made us feel quite unwelcome - wouldn't recommend to anyone. DONT GO

Been meaning to drop by this pub and had the excuse on a hot day out on the bike. Totally underwhelmed by the service and got the distinct "locals only" watering hole. Stood at the bar waiting for the publican to notice me until i realised he was content reading the back of wine bottles. Rudely, I had to interrupt him and ask to be served after which he returned to label gazing. Didn't feel welcome so probably will wait until Harden next time.

Best pub meal ever. Done perfectly with flair. The salad had beetroot, watermelon and even corn and rice salad as well as greens. Lamb cutlets were great value. Cool shady beer garden with kids play area and friendly staff. Even local history on the placemats and pictures
