Well it is a great place to hang out! However the prices of alcoholic drinks are rather steep. So if you are not a winner with the gambling side of things you do not last too long. But I will say that while you are there the staff are very good to you. Of course everything depends on your own pocket.

My work colleagues and I were frequent visitors to the Central Hotel about 8 years ago as it was the best pub in Blacktown with an excellent Thai menu. The windows facing the street were always open giving an airy environment. I went back with high expectations but the windows were closed because that area was occupied by gambling machines, the entrance was a small door and the interior was was claustrophobic for me. The bar service was friendly and excellent but I left disappointed after just one beer. I wanted to try the food from the Green Peppercorn but it wasn't open at that time.

This place is great for nice punt at the pokies and for some drinks. it is clean and well maintained. For the duration of your play you are also offered complimentary drinks & random finger food . Upon entering you're welcomed by friendly security at the staff to sign in. Once you're inside you're then further greeted again by the bar/gaming staff who are super friendly and accommodating from the start till you finish. I've been there a few times and notice the staff get a long with the regulars which is a good sight to see as you play. For my past and recent visits I would like to give a shout out to the three stand out staff (in no particular order) Lauren, Chey and Florabel offer amazing service and making me feel always welcomed, full and hydrated.
