I called into this Pub in July 2020 requesting a room for the night. The manager took my details then refused me a room because he reckoned I should be isolating. He dogged me to the police at Walgett who tracked me down in Boggabri. They apologized as I don't break the law. You owe me a beer

12 August 2018 Food was very good. Range of food, counter meals and snacks was excellent for a country hotel. However, the manager behind the best was arrogant, unhelpful and had no patience or personality. No way to treat travelers who want to help the community they visit. When talking to others, they concur with this analysis.
