We had a lovely lunch today. My scotch was cooked exactly how I like it. The young man serving in the dining room was very friendly and his customer service skills were fantastic.

Good food and clean rooms but the grumpy and obnoxious man at the bistro marred the stay. Also there was a lot of noise (presumably from hotel patrons) until about 11pm which prevented an early night.

Had another great weekend in Carcoar. Gerry at the pub is so helpful, nothing is ever a problem. We've had 2 family gatherings here now and both times nothing was an issue. Food is also great and awesome spot for your caravan out the back if you have one. Highly recommend a visit!

Stopped by the Royal Hotel Carcoar for a refreshment on the road. The Hotel has a lovely, authentic vibe, steeped in a rich history, and is situated in the middle of the quiet old village of Carcoar. Well worth a pit stop or a detour.
