Coutts Tavern reviews

The kitchen was atrocious!!!!!!! Service was extremely slow. Food wasn't quality. Orders were confused. Black human hair in the hamburger meat. Meats not cooked. No chips Why didn't they just say sorry kitchen closed instead of trying to battle on,their reputation is tarnished for ever now. They said sorry, no refunds, new cook next week but who would risk it not me.

Review solely for the bottle shop. I don't know what has happened to this place. For months they happily stocked beer for me to buy and ordered it when I was the only buyer for that beer. I in turn bought all mjy and my friends liquor from that bottleshop even though I could often get it cheaper when I was in town. Lately they just stopped getting it but kept promising they'd have it. I went back 3 times and was told the same each time, gave them longer than they said on each occasion to get my beer in. They have never given a reason to not have the beer, only promised they would have it by Wednesday but it's not there on Friday when I go to get it. Every time I ask I get told "I am not the one that does the ordering" but the meo to get the order never goes through. They could have kept a customer for life. I spruiked the business and let people know they should go there. But they have dropped the ball big time and obviously do not want my business. They use bar staff to run the bottleshop and it's obvious they don't have the time to do both and it is stressing the staff.

Some of the staff are great. Since changing owners, the prices in the bottle shop have gone up a lot and the reasons given are lies. Just be honest. I have never tried the food there as the regulars say its not good. I save a lot each week driving to South Grafton to buy my beer supplies now. Nice pub yo sit at the bar or outside for a drink though.

Nice family owned pub and restaurant with friendly staff. The food is great and at an affordable price. Free available camping as well and a great place for a birthday party and venue. They also have motels and a drive through bottle-o for customers. Very pleased.

Good little country pub. We had drinks and lunch there today. Hubby had a ham and pineapple pizza and I had the homemade pie with spuds and gravy. Very tasty. Staff were very friendly. Met some of the locals. Prices were good.

A great local pub. On my visit we held my father's 70th birthday here . There is plenty of space for everyone. Dining inside with air-conditioning or just relaxing outside in the garden. Very friendly staff and great service with delicious food . It is a family-friendly place with indoor and outdoor playing areas. There is also affordable accommodation and space for caravans. This is a must place to visit .
