For the wine lovers, look no further for an Italian wine selection. We dined downstairs and enjoyed the intimate wine bar ambience of Paski. The handwritten menus on the wall give an authenticity and we loved the wine bottles lined all along the opposite wall. For food, we enjoyed the oysters and scallops for entre, and a pasta and salad for mains. The wines were $$ by the glass, ranging $17-$25 for most picks. The reason for the low stars was the service. The staff were friendly, but the service was disappointing. We often had to ask for orders and were left unattended for long periods of times. I am convinced we could have never been served if we hadnt asked to be. The team may have been understaffed, but I would give more stars if there was more care and attention paid to customers.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Came for a Monday night dinner and it was still busy. Wish I knew the upstairs had a different menu before booking, staff were a bit hectic but polite and nice nonetheless. Extensive wine list which was excellent and staff have great knowledge. Food was incredible with the scallop crudo, ragu, oysters and tiramisu a stand out. Highly recommend Paski for a date or dinner.

Had a really nice time in the upstairs restaurant. The wine bar downstairs is also excellent. The staff are extremely pleasant, particularly Julia who kept us laughing while busily going about her work. Will gladly come again! :) Side note - I think the octopus would be benefit from lighter and less acidic flavours than the tomato and caper sauce its currently served in.

Lovely wine bar with great pastas and wine selection! Only thing is that we sat upstairs in a bit of a darker area and some of the smoke from the open kitchen irritated our eyes!
