We went to this place after a poor experience and let me tell you this place is so warm and inviting and had such amazing cocktails and drinks! The food menu looked great and the staff were so friendly! The security/doorman Nicholas was so lovely, he welcomed us, walked us to a free table and made sure we had enough seats as well! Super lovely to talk to. We'll be sure to come back :)

Very good burger and excellent chips. I really like the beautiful woodwork around the large windows in this renovated pub. Fine service, could be friendlier and more personable perhaps that will come in time. Enjoyed my time there today.

I went here once when I was on tour with my band in Sydney. We played at the house of music and booze, I am not sure how close it was to this place, I was hella confused by the layout of Sydney but also cause I had never been before, since my grade seven trip in maybe 2010, which was a little while ago, and I was doing a very different type of thing the night I went to this bar. It was fun though and I danced.

Nicely renovated pub, good for drinks. Would not rush back for the food. We ordered 3 steaks @$35 each. We asked for medium rare and medium. All steaks were burned on the outside and overcooked to the point of being dry inside.

Bar staff were friendly, service was fast, table service a plus. Decent pub food. Inviting atmosphere with music at just the right volume for a lazy Sunday afternoon conversation.
