Hi, the stay was so enjoyable! We love the room, bed, cleanliness and especially the professional team of RECEPTION here. They were so friendly, helpful and very prompt attend to us. We are happy and definitely coming back again! Such a nice lovely resort

I had lovely service from Hannah, and also Tori, not only have they been accommodating and welcoming but they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. My friend and I have stayed at the mantra a few times this month and each time we have had very friendly experiences with Hannah and Tori. We also love the rooms & the price is great too! Highly recommend a lovely stay at the mantra :)

The experience was okay. Check in was easy enough although not in the hotel. Rooms were standard clean. Bed was absolutely terrible and well over a decade old. Do not recommend the spa room for anyone that is in anyway not limber. No safety rail to hold onto getting in and out of the shower. Paid good money to stay there and was not informed of the very very loud construction going on there at the time. The place also has some plumbing issues as the room stunk like a septic tank. The view was nice enough. No fresh towels daily. We had to wash our own. Was a very mediocre room and the price you pay is most certainly not worth it.

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed a lot. A great place for families with kids. Pool was lovely, Ettalong Diggers had a kid playground and lots of other fun for kids and nice bay. Although not having room service at all was a bit annoying but many other good points.

Penthouse apartment is in a fantastic location. The apartment had good facilities however it is a little bit dated and looking somewhat tide. Probably could use a coat of paint and some fixtures and furnature items replacing. Overall it was an enjoyable weekend.

Mantra Ettalong is in a great location. Heaps of places close by to eat or grab a coffee. An IGA supermarket almost next door. The last time I stayed there I was thinking the rooms were probably in need of a facelift. We had a balcony door that wouldn't lock and also the lights in the kitchen and one bedroom didn't work. The curtains were a bit grubby looking too.

The best thing about Mantra Ettalong Beach is the location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our one bedroom suite was tiny and the hotel needs an upgrade. The photos online make the hotel look 10 times better than what it is. Unless you go to the pool when it opens at 7am then forget about getting a sun bed there, it is constantly busy no matter what time you go down, perhaps a booking system for the sun beds or additional sun beds may be required. The TV in the room was smaller than an average sized computer monitor, the bar fridge barely kept our drinks cold, the couch old and uncomfortable and if you try use the elevators around the same time as check in then be prepared to wait 10-15mins. While I can appreciate free parking, the parking can be accessed by all members of the public which can be annoying for hotel guests as parking can get quite busy
