Came for the aperitivo mexicano hour and ended up staying for dinner. Loved the interior decor of the place. Service was attentive but not over the top. They accidentally gave us duck tacos when we didnt order it and the waitress let have the dish for free which was lovely. Surprisingly the weakest dish was the steak. Very interesting dessert in the shape of a mandarin. Good selection of wines.

Enjoyed a solid lunch at No 92 GPR. Some of the dishes were a bit of a stretch to call Mexican, but everything was very creative and flavourful, and service was friendly. Nice cocktails and wine too.

(3.5 stars) The corner two-storey restaurant-meets-wine bar in Glebedubbed No 92 GPRis more glam. than I thought it would be. Art Deco blue glass lights cast an aquamarine glow above a curved banquette. At one of the rooms marble tables, two hauntingly beautiful young women take full advantage of the setting. Arranging their hair and pale, skimpily clad bodies to create beguiling silhouettes, they pout perfect bow lips for an impromptu photo shoot that lasts the whole meal, later spilling onto the footpath outside. The waitress tells me lots of people want to get documented in this space. Me? Im here for the Mexican-inspired dishes. Smoky carne asada & nduja ($12/each) featuring smoky wagyu, salsa roja and roasted onions presented on a crisp tostada, is small but perfectly formed. Chewy bird and a somewhat pasty wrapper makes the duck carnitas taco ($13/each) with saltbush, salsa verde and Illawarra plum, less impressive. In fact my whole meal oscillated back and forth between dishes I lovedlike a clever plate of persimmon ($18) with fermented green strawberries and fluffy cheeseand ones I could take or leavelike overly acidic Brussels sprouts ($16) deep-fried then served with furikake, kombu and a bland macadamia cream. Impromptu plate changes would have been nice, clearing the way for ribbon-like mafaldine pasta with lobster in brown butter ($34). With just lemon and bottarga this beautifully-cooked crustacean would have been a perfect dish; the addition of pine nuts threw out the balance for me. It was a good match to the 2021 Onannon Chardonnay ($85). Uncut snake beans ($18) were a bit cold and chewy against a good spicy sauce made with koji, smoked mushrooms, Aleppo pepper, maple syrup and corn. A quartet of chalky ricotta dumplings ($30) were over-priced, cold weather stodge that didnt quite fit with the rest of the menus swings and roundabouts.

I had my wedding here in February and the food and service were impeccable. I had to make last minute plans to cancel an outdoor micro wedding due to persistent rain but we contacted no92 managed to secure something just two weeks out. They were kind, patient and accommodating. The booking process was easy and they were so responsive via email, which made planning so much less stressful. It really ticked all the boxes because I needed a reasonably close location for guests, private room for the ceremony, delectable vegan options for some guests and beautiful decor for wedding photos. There were so many other logistical requirements that need to be met that I did not care to look at reviews or think about the quality of food but I was absolutely blown away by their set menu and selection of wine and cocktails!!!! I love the care and effort the chefs put in to making the vegan experience as similar to the original menu as possible! I can't wait to celebrate wedding anniversaries here!!

More than meets the eye. Been a couple times, it looks quiet and cosy from the outside, but when it gets full (which it often does) it's a great vibe, with great food and wine. Had the sharing menu and devoured it before I could take photos. But managed to sneak in a snap of the chicken and brussel sprouts, which was a surprising favourite. The only thing we didn't finish was the corn cake.

Possibly more wine bar than restaurant, the pacing was extremely poor when I came in, with my friends and I were not drinking that night. 3 mains all coming separately with substantial intervals inbetween was a much poorer experience when if the mole and pork belly and chicken had come together at the same they might have been enjoyable, and if the wait staff had asked if we were sharing or if we wanted them all at the same time we would have specified all at once, but instead it was a bit awkward when it came out one dish at a time without communication that they would be doing that and sharing is the only option. While I'm fine with sharing, the one at a time approach is also very tedious considering the mains are not particularly large. If I had been drinking wine, the pacing would arguably be more tolerable but then it's just a wine bar and not quite fitting expectations for a restaurant, with also limited non alcoholic beverage options. The highlight though was the blue masa tortillas, a worthy taco component, with a nice slightly smoky duck taco. Did not make it to dessert because we didn't want to wait around forever and we had dessert down the road instead.

My husband organised a long lunch with good friends for my birthday @ No 92 . We had a beautiful private room upstairs. Sasha assisted him with all the details from decorative flowers to food & wine. It was all exceptional . Cocktails , wine & food were delicious. The wait staff were completely professional, happy, polite & not intrusive. All our guests were equally impressed. We would highly recommend it. A +++
