Extremely well priced accommodation. I entered the hotel with low expectations, however, I was shocked by the quality of the rooms and service. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest Ive ever slept on. Shared amenities were extremely clean and well looked after. The manager was one of the nicest men Ive ever met. He showed us some of the new Renos and was great to chat to down at the bar. He even shouted a round of drinks. The outdoor area downstairs is beautiful for a drink of an afternoon. I will make an active effort to return and stay here next time I am in Sydney, and tell everyone I know about the great stay. Cheers guys!!

Convenient location and was able to find parking as well. Clean room and bathroom. The tea cups had little stains in them. Overall the service was good. There is also a pub downstairs. Affordable price.

The staff were very lovely to my friends and I the entire stay. But unfortunately the room was pretty dirty. We found staining on the bed sheets. Smudges on the glass and mirror, hair in the showers and build up of dust and crumby bits on desks and carpets etc. There was also what sounded like a huge rat crawling around in the roof, all night. Besides that. It's cheap, next to shops and public transport and we did see the cleaners on the way in and they were very nice.

Second time I have stayed here, and this visit was absolutely perfect. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location, easy to find, and plenty of food options around. Definitely would recommend this place!!!

Stayed at Greenacre Hotel on top of Pub for Keith Urban concert at Qudos Arena. 15 minutes drive away. Check-in was flawless. Staff were extremely nice and attentive. Nice room, clean, comfy, and just enough space for a nights stay. One thing i absolutely love is the phone charger in the plug. Every hotel should have this! OMG......the bed was like floating on a cloud... sooooooo comfortable, soft, and fresh crisp linen. The Greenacre pub gave us a beer each on the house for booking at the Hotel..... BONUS...! No meals available. However, they allow you to bring outside food in which was great. We ordered Red Rooster - Uber eats, which came right into the pub and dropped off. Parking felt a little unsafe behind the pub, not knowing the area. We ended up parking in front of the pub after 11pm, which allowed us to be out by 9:30am (timed parking). There is plenty of room in the bathroom, nice plush towels. All in all, Greenacre Hotel is a great little overnight place for a quick getaway.
