Proud to say Heathcote Hotel is my local. Beer selection is good but the wine list not so much. Heaps of seating including outdoors but the indoor seats quite uncomfortable. Bless the Heathcote Hotel, it is a pub with plenty of positives but also plenty of buts Food is great, portions are big and chef is always chatty at the counter. I do love the meals here. But the place needs a paint, needs new carpet, needs new lighting and maybe outdoors could do with some potted plants or other features to increase ambiance. I still love this place even with its flaws. Please though Heathcote Hotel, improve your wine list. I will pay more for better wines.
