We're travelling through town and stopped to check out the Golden Guitar. Parked next to The Longyard and decided to sit in for lunch before hitting the road again. We were not disappointed. Big, beautiful old pub with a great atmosphere. Meals were amazing, service fantastic

We came here for a team dinner and the staff were very helpful when booking. I'm glad I booked as it seems like this is the place to be. It was very busy and our orders took a while to come out unfortunately, but overall we had a great time. The portions were great and it tasted fantastic. I had the Parmi and my partner had a Burger (forgot which one, but it was a chicken one) - he enjoyed that very much. The general vibe around out booking of 40 was electric and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Worth a trip here. Very family/kid friendly.

This place has an awesome atmosphere, it's very busy but there are plenty of tables inside and out. The menu is sure to please everyone and the food is excellent. We didn't have long to wait for ours. The staff are very nice and very helpful.

If you want to eat the best steak in town just come and say hi to this guys , absolutely amaizing cooked a 650 gm's of Rib eye on the bone. Maybe $46 might sound expensive but it worth it to enjoy the best of the best

What a great surprise ! Very impressive with the quality of the food, quite generous in size and very delicious. Really recommended Chicken and Mushroom Crepe. Even a basic dish like Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken is also very tasty. Friendly staff, plenty of car park and convenient from high way stop. Really recommended.

What a disappointment. We booked online. After some confusion we were admitted only to find no seats available. Dozens of empty seats with reserved signs. They gave us our money back because they had to. I shudder to think how long it would have taken to get a drink or food. But whats most amazing is that they were telling others tickets were still available.

Family dinner - 7 of us all enjoyed our meals Three of us had Garlic Prawn Linguini - was absolutely yummy!! Six king prawns in a scrumptious garlic sauce Other meals included Classic Fish and Chips, Chicken Ceasar Salad, Crumbed Lamb Cutlets and Steak & Bacon Burger. Everyone enjoyed their meals - we will definitely be back. Great atmosphere. Customer service was outstanding - especially the young blond girl who was taking orders, operating cash register and handing out ot orders - what a wonderful addition to the staff - she worked continuously with a smile for the whole time we were there
