The kiwi manager at this bar is honestly the nicest guy! He goes above and well beyond in terms of service. I honestly left the pub in the most elevated happy mood purely because of his energy. The world needs more people like this.. this pub is very VERY lucky to have him

Where do I start. Its crazy that the management of this hotel is worst ever. I have been in this bar more more than a year on a regular basis. Everything was great so far but this week the whole management team disappointed me for a small issue. Every time, I win , I never checked or counted the money when I cash out from the cashier machine and everything think was absolutely okay when I deposited on my bank account until last week. Last week on Wednesday night I won $1017.80 total and I cashed out form the one of the machine and went to the bank for deposit on the way I counted it but there was short $115.As soon as I found out that I checked the receipt and there was written $15 credit because machine ran out of 10 and 5 dollars note. So I went back to hotel and ask the staff at that time and explained everything, she checked the ticket and gave me 15 dollars credit which was written on the ticket and told to come next morning for the $100 and talk to the head manager. I went to the hotel the next day and explained manager everything and she started to look the ticket from last night but couldnt find and told me that she will have a look and check cctv, then decide what to do next. And after 1 week ( today) I talk to manager and she told me that I only cashed out $1002.80 which was written in receipt from cashier machine not the original one from the slot machine ( of $1017.80 , which I cash out and put into cashier machine). She insisted that my ticket was of 1002.80 and I got all my money. I tried to tell her what happened that night again ( cash was short in the cashier machine) but she said everything was fine. I cant believe that the management of this hotel just crazy, doesnt listen to regular customers. Im never ever going back again.

From when did a pub in sydney stopped accepting international passport? Was there today and the bouncer didn't let me in because I had my passport on me saying its the company policy. If that's the policy most of the pubs would be empty. Tried to give 0 stars but couldn't haha

Since the renovation The bright light outside makes it more welcoming Like the open space at the front for drinking beer Privacy in VIP lounge is amazing Like how they got 2 or 3 machines at once Quality customer service

Worst ( expired) beer and worst customer service vip lounge in Sydney Australia. I ordered 2 glasses of northern tap beer . The beer tasted like water and I asked the bartender if she can do something about it. She asked me to talk to her manager. I went to talk to her manager and she wasn't willing to do anything about it but instead buy another beer. In between comes the security guard and he was very rude and he asked me and my friend to come outside. He said to give my name and come tomorrow for another beer. It was the worst customer service I have faced in my whole life and they were raciest from the beginning. I will suggest all the customer not to go here since they judge the customer by their nationality and don't care about their feed back. I will never go this VIP lounge and suggest all the customer not to go here as well. Thanks
