Everyone makes mistakes, however, in my first phone attempt to book here was greeted by a young man who simply said here didn't know if there was available accommodation. On my second attempt, I was booked in with my mates. 3 days before our booking one of us was told, via voice mail, that he was double booked and so his booking was cancelled with no attempt to find him alternative accommodation. Very poor business practice. We will not go there, ever!!!

The room was so unhygienic, very dirty and the sheets had stains on them and we both got bitten by crawly things in the bed and the bed was so uncomfortable a blow up mattress would have been better... the mirrors were dirty and dust everwhere. For $110 a night it was definitely not worth it. We nearly left and drove home as we both couldnt sleep with hearing doors slamming and noise constantly through the night as well as crawlers in the bed... was not happy and would not recommend to anyone

Friendly quite clean atmosphere perfect for a single person seeking employment or working good prices helpful friendly staff close to city & all that the city has to offer.. highly recommend to anyone including families.
