This hotel offers a variety of size rooms. Rooms big enough for a 8 person family, a full house or even just a double bed room. Some of the rooms come with full cooking facilities, other rooms come with the basics. The location is perfect with easy walking distance to shops and movies. The rooms are kept cleaned and are made up daily. One of the best motels in kempsey.

Stayed here for a total of about 3 weeks, as we were working up at Kempsey. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff are friendly as well. Only thing is, the last room I stayed in, could do with a little up dating. All and all. It's a great place to stay with pretty much all shops in walking distance..

Very pleasant experience. Rooms are clean. Beds very comfortable. Check in and check out easy and the ladies are friendly. Highly recommend to all who are staying in Kempsey.

Very friendly staff always polite ,& helpful and rooms are excellent very clean and tidy the best in town we always stay there but couldn't get in all rooms booked out

My husband and I stopped in here on our way to Penrith and they had no availability but were nice enough to call and direct us to a different motel lovely ladies thank you for your help Tammy and luke mills from the walcha caravan park

Easy checkin, beds comfy, clean, nice shower. Maccas is your neighbour. Chinese restaurant up the top of reception. Dinner was great. Perfect for the tired traveller.

People in rooms near us were noisy & the TV from the room next door can be heard very clearly......so not the quietest place to stay but ok with ear plugs.
