Staff is friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and quiet considering the hotel is on a busy street. Convenient to travel to and from the airport as the location is a very short walk from the train station and bus. WiFi was great.

Great rooms. Very spacious and clean. There is parking available, but please not it will be closed from 3am to 10 am. Food is available in the Travern but only till 8.30pm. but plenty of options around. Train station is just a hop away, and there is a Woolies around the corner. Early morning check out is available as the side entrance has a key drop box.

Nice place, room good. Light bulb missing from bedside table, other then that the room is ok. Bar is good, just don't like people smoking in the gaming room.

Do not come here unless you want to be harassed. Came here on Saturday afternoon, and female staff members continued to follow my grown daughter (22y) all afternoon - refused entry to smoking area, made her sit away from the family. Other customers were appalled. Its sad this establishment is not what it used to be. Will not be returning.
