Huge thank you to the Holiday Inn team. We had another hotel say they offered a luggage-holding service we could use while on a 2-night trip to Cairns for a fee. The other hotel ended up saying they would not take our bags and we rushed last minute to book a room upon our return to Holiday inn. Holiday Inn held our bags free of charge and the rooms were fantastic. Thank you so much!!!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The included breakfast is good with lots of options. Room walls are thin as I could hear one room taking a shower and could hear the people in the other room next to me having normal conversations. The airport shuttle driver was super funny and great to chat with while on the way to the airport.

We tried their breakfast buffet and it was decent. There were various savoury and sweet options, and everything was quite good. The pancake machine was fun to use and the pancakes were quite good too! Overall, not the best buffet out there, but if you are staying at the hotel, its a good option for breakfast.

Orawan, kumuk and the restaurant teams in both the restaurant team and the breakfast area were absolutely brilliant. Stayed for 3 weeks. I travel a lot and I must say I very rarely encounter such a great group of people. I felt like I made friends with some of the team during my stay and everyone including the reception team were amazing! Thanks for taking such good care of me throughout my stay and I hope to see you again in the future. Best wishes to everyone at the hotel. Cheers, Pete 223

Rooms have paper thin Walls - even thinner if you have an interconnecting room. Staff are polite and friendly but clothing went missing in my room. They didn't really seem to work outside the box to fix problems. Location is okay. Not too far from Mascot station and Woolworths. A short drive to all Sydney Airport terminals or 20 minute walk to the domestic terminals. Not top much immediately around in Mascot. Plenty of hotels a bit closer to the airport if you just need a room before or after a flight, but still a good choice if you're wanting to head into the city to see the sights while staying close to the airport.

Wowwchiiii first time enter Holiday Inn in Sydney.....room is nice But TP(toilet paper lack...Do we have to keep calling for one?????should be 2spare like every Hotels in Fiji.......NO SMILING FACES....as you greet your Customers.....No-one Welcomes when we enter the Hotel?????....Missing Fiji.....Staff is always at the entrance to Greet the Customers Holiday Inn in Fiji....Service with a smiling face Always there Welcoming the Customers....But Sydney......ooops??????Please be friendly with your Services.....being Stubborn as you think only trying to get your work done......is RUDE!!!!!!! Worst Service ever in hotels I come across with is Holiday Inn Sydney near Sydney Airport ??????......Sorry for the comments but it's all from my sight of SEEING THE HAPPENINGS OF YOUR SERVICE IN THE Australian s.....Lastly be fair with what you do!!!!!black brown green white or any colour your body we are all one in God's Loving Care.....God Bless
