Maureen greeted me warmly and I felt like family to be honest! What an amazing asset Maureen is for this beautiful motel. Room is comfy, pools are awesome and the food at the restaurant was 10/10!! Friendly restaurant staff and nothing was too much trouble. I have felt so welcome here

Took last room available. Needed room after long drive. Disabled room (thats fine). Charged $187:89 excessive! Filthy bathroom. Taps in basin and shower recess scum on them. Shower recess possibly wiped over but not clean. Slippery. Extremely disappointed! Would not advise nor ever go there again.

Office closed and a makeshift office operating in one of the hotel rooms plus the restaurant closed due to same fire. NIL prior notification given to me. Nothing noted on website. NOR was any compensation offered due to the lack of services/ conveniences. Left waiting for 20 minutes or more whilst checking in! Motel worker took phone calls & showed ( new owner? ) a bloke how to process a check in, did not put calls on hold, left me waiting (standing after 7 hour drive) while taking three calls. Booked through booking dot com. Motel check in didn't tell me where my room was! I walked around looking for it! Couldn't swing a cat in the hotel room! Door handle fell off the bathroom door TWICE! Payment is over priced for basic room ( that's what the motel called it, not the website ). And NO service given at book in...just a key! Must be better options in other places. CLEANERS were AWESOME!!!!

Wow where to start, the manager was amazing, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, many could take a leaf out of her book. Swimming pools were immaculate. 2 artesian pools one outside and t the other covered in which was so great and practical didn't have to get out in a howing gale or icy breeze. Great to have no crowds like the public pools. Dining room was beautifully appointed with lots of space between the tables. Service was great the din I ng room staff were friendly and service could not be faulted. Thanks for a great stay. All the best to the lovely manager who is retiring.

The room was absolutely tiny and not at all what was was pictured online. We had no hot water and there was rubbish under the bed. That night the reception/restaurant, which was maybe 30metres from our room, caught on fire and we were not evacuated. We only found out about the fire the next morning when we saw police outside reception and police tape cordoning off the area. So not worth the price we paid for the room.

Sadly this is not a great motel, the rooms are very dated, the bathroom is dirty, inside the shower there's a dirt stain on the floor. From cracks in the walls, dirty exhaust fans. There was no plates, or knives or forks. When did they stop making 32" TVs?, about the same time they last fixed this place. It does have 3 pools, however they would appear they haven't been cleaned, or even skimmed in a long time. Price wise, for the standard of the room provided it is way too expensive, it was $210 for the night!!! If you are in Moree and need a place to stay, look for this one......then drive straight past!!

Love having the choice of 3 temperatures of artesian bore fed pools just the thing after a long drive to relax awakened fresh for the next day
