Very reasonably priced for basic rooms. The standout however is the bar/restaurant. For pub grub it was outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Enormous portions. Chips (which I would normally not eat in a pub) were fabulous and the salad so much more than just lettuce leaves. We had a frittata and the plain burger which far from just a meat patty and bun

Great friendly staff at the bar, they did a great job with our food, was delicious! Great pub to go at night to have dinner, some drinks and play pool. The rooms are nice and clean. We loved this place.

The wine menu was great - highly recommend the local wines, special mention to Clonakilla - a killer Shiraz. The menu has plenty of tempting options. We booked a table , but some imported tradies camped out at our booked table and tried to hide the evidence, the staff member did a great job to move them on so we could take a seat. Coming back to the food - looking at our plates it was so very promising, but a medium rare steak was even over a well done one, chips cold, the waiter got lost trying to find our table, our ciabatta didnt turn up until we asked its whereabouts- part way through our mains. Would we go again - YES, we all have a bad day, as said on the plate the food had promise and had flavour and I think on the day the food could match the fantastic wine - perhaps I was just taken by buying wine with dust on it!! Give it a go

Dont waste your time drive straight past! My husband and I went there for lunch at 12. I ordered our mealsmy husband received his I Sat there waiting for my meal, we inquired twice were it was we where told both times it was coming. My husband finishes his meal I went up to the counter fuming and starving it turns out the girl never put my order through in the first place! Then to add insult to it all the girls at the bar thought it was very funny and made no effort in hiding the fact that they messed up our order and thought it was hilarious! I have an autoimmune disease and I am on chemo. I need to eat at specific times the girl who stuffed up my order could not have cared less and the young blonde mouth piece next to her said I dont know what you want me to do about this! Terrible customer service, no apologies no let us find a solution for our total incompetence. on my way back to canberra to get something to eat at 1.07pm. Word of mouth kills businesses!

Staff is always so nice! Always willing to help, always smiling. Love the ambience too! We had the T-bone for lunch and it was amazing!! Lovely food, staff and pub! What more can you ask for?
