Staying in an airbnb around the corner, thought we'd give the pub a go, love the atmosphere. Friendly staff. Locals pub. Atmosphere is great. Food; my partner and I both had the beef burger...hands down best burger tasty and fresh and chips were awesome and crunchy. I'm a wine girl and thoroughly enjoyed my McLaren Vale Shiraz.

Freshest fish I have had in a long time and cooked to perfection. Fussy teen ate his whole cheeseburger and nugget only eating Son ate a whole schnitzel. Cant praise the Chef enough. Bar staff very friendly, spotless ammenities. Nice atmosphere. Good prices. Thanks so much for a relaxing afternoon.

The Tav is always a fun place to catch up with work mates, friends and to make new friends. The staff are super lovely. My favourite place to be on a Thursday night after work.

Friday night vibe has gone. Staff are always great love them. But dinner was so poor we ordered chicken parmy and chicken schnity both came with chips and sauce thats it. No salad no love. We used to come here all the time but now not so much for dinners. Very disappointing for our local.

Food and drinks 5 star. The only downside for me is the enormous amount of tvs. Great for when you want to watch sports. Not so great when you look for an intimate place to have a chat

Unexpectedly great food. This place has a real chef and you can tell he cares what he puts on the plate. Levels above pub grub. The chicken wings are a must. Good selection of craft beers, too. Highly recommended.
