We were looking for somewhere special to have our brother's final farewell and after an extensive search we landed at The Tall Timbers. These people bent over backwards to make our brother's day and ours one heck of a day. The food was fantastic...plenty of it and so affordable. The offered an extra for free...tea, coffee etc and all set up beautifully Staff were brilliant and everyone there said that it was such a great day and that our brother would have loved the room that we had chosen. The Old photos, timbers on the bar etc were amazing and represented the history of the timber milling of bygone years!

Had a meal over the weekend great tasting food reasonably quick meal preparation. Nice cold beverages, great local pub atmosphere...excellent kids areas.

One of the best steak meals I have ever had for a long time. The Chef out did himself. Meal portions are generous, maybe too generous however, I am not complaining. Well worth paying a visit and having a meal there. Cheerful and bubbley atmosphere. I have recommended to may friends to go there for a meal if they have not yet done so.

Great refurbished at this place, nice outdoor area with kids playground and little astro turf soccer field. Good to distract kids while you eat your dinner and have a drink.

Renovations have been done to a high standard, in and out the atmosphere is pleasant. Food a touch pricey, food was ok. Worth checking out for yourselves.
