Nice pub food with a decent selection of specials. The quality of food varies though. Sometimes it's really nice, other times it's not good at all. It probably depends what shef they have on each day.

Had a birthday party here on the weekend. Manager and staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Food was fast and very delicious. Highly recommended.

Went to the Gril on a recommendation, what a let down. Asked for the entrees to be separate to the mains but regrettably all came together. Steak was over cooked, chips were cold on arrival as were the vegetables served with my wife's meal. Drinks were way over priced so much for supporting local business they won't see me again.

Terrible service. The Apperol Spritz was all soda water. It was all I could taste. I took it back and the young lady didn't say anything. I asked her to put more Prosecco in it. She did, but it still wasn't quite right. She walked away without uttering a word. She did not want to be there, and doesn't know how to work in customer service. I then received my salad which was meant to have goats cheese in it. No goats cheese. I returned it to the same lady who didn't say anything, returned it with goats cheese but didn't utter a word. She looked grumpy and absent. There was no "I'm sorry, let me fix that for you" type service. Shockingly bad service and cocktails - made on the cheap.

Save your money. Second visit and again. Food received does not match as described in menu on top of staff getting order incorrect. Ribs last week tough and missing the preferred sides asked for Tonight the crispy duck is not. Flabby, farrrrrrrr too much salt. Cold red wine jus which is just onion gravy anyway. The salad with the bara. Just bleh Another SW Sydney disappointment

Bar staff served local drinkers obviously in front of other customers who were queuing first, and did not offer tickets to non locals in the weekly joker draw. After winning the joker draw I was openly heckled by the local drinkers as a loser for not picking the winning card. The bar staff were indifferent to this open harassment! Definitely a feeling of not being welcome in this local public bar, beware!

Im only rating the accommodation side of the hotel. Overpriced for what is offered and less than satisfactory service in the booking stage.
