For someone who doesn't frequent pubs, I was quietly impressed. Great music, lots of screens to watch sport. The meal was good and hearty and drinks were served quickly, albeit with some confusion. Great vibe and if I lived in Parramatta I'd be there weekly.

The pub was mostly empty. My father and I sat at a table away from the wind at 2pm which has a sign saying that the table was reserved from 5pm. We wouldn't be staying that long. My dad brought our empty glasses back to the bar..and asked the bartender with red dyed hair how her day was....and was told not to talk as she was pouring a drink.and empties go over here..ok so no polite conversation.and you can pick up the glasses yourself.. ...when I went to get a another round the same bartender told me we would have to move...I asked why... there's a booking at 5pm...it was 3.30pm and no mess on the table...I said we'd be gone after these drinks... Then she subtly stalked us waiting for us to leave which we gladly did at 4pm...I'm not sure what her problem is or was with us...but it left us feeling we should never have come. Which we won't ever do again unless friendlier staff are hired.

Normally we have had great experiences here. Maybe it was just the night we were there but was freezing cold, raining, there was no heat and they wouldn't close the doors to the beer garden, so only place we could sit was freezing. Unfortunately the service at the beer garden bar was below par. However the lady working the front bar was great and went out of her way to try and resolve our issues.

Happened to witness Abusive behaviour shown by so called manager with no apparent reason than total racial discrimination. He ended up being totally arrogant and bully. Did management hire him during Happy hours ? No wonder why this place is becoming empty and loosing its charm day by day. Hoping management to look in to this matter to address the issue and take appropriate action. Seek professional help in hiring individuals who can contribute to grow your business than the ones who take you down to where they belong.

Have visited a number of times but recent visit was absolutely atrocious. The female bistro staff are extremely rude along with the male staff member behind the bistro bar. Bar member overcharged me for the order and bistro staff couldn't care whether it was right or wrong. I asked for cutlery and was told that it's the end of our shift (@ 2.10pm) on a Tuesday!! Will never waste my time visiting this establishment ever again

Really has gone through a major renovations. Definately not the same place I watched the Porkers at! But it has cold beer and good food so what else do you want!!
