The Crest Hotel reviews

5 Star Review by sophie hall

My Mum sold our house on Thursday to move interstate in January, and the person, place or thing that we will miss the most is Vivian from Vital (formerly Crest). Vivian has looked after me for years. She has also looked after my Mum and dogs. My Mum said the other day Thank God we have Viv. At first I tried other pharmacists at Crest, but soon made the decision only to come when Viviam worked. That has since become a family decision, my Mum also only goes in when Vivian is on. Vivian, I would like to thank you for your exceptional customer service over many years. You are truly an exceptional pharmacist and your service takes me back to the good ol days of family chemists and exceptional customer service.

I have ordered online a couple times from this pharmacy but my last order is still not sent and it was placed on 17 Jan. I have sent multiple emails, Facebook msg and called at least 20 times trying to chase up my order. No one has responded to anything and the phone number just hangs up automatically or the mail box was full. I have been very patient as I understand it's a small business but this just bad customer service especially when you can't contact them. Unfortunately if I don't hear back from them soon I will have to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

Vital Pharmacy 91-93 Darlinghurst Rd, Potts Point NSW 2011 Update:- one star removed for the complaining pharmacist... I raced in to VITAL at 6:54pm, relieved to have made It in time. The roller door worried me for a moment, but it was only halfway down . Upon presenting myself to the pharmacist however, I was "told off" for coming in so late and keeping the pharmacist back after hours - hours she was eager to remind me that she doesn't get paid for. I pointed out that there was still 6 mins until closing and that there should time enough to sort my script and have me out of there with a couple mins to spare even. She went about filling the prescription but let me know she was not happy to be kept back after work. I pointed out that there was yet another 4 mins to go. I ended up leaving with time to spare. Everybody wins. NOT! The following friday I'm back at VITAL. This time a different pharmacist on duty. The first thing out of her mouth is "good, I'm glad you came early. You can't be coming in late and keeping (the other pharmacist) back after hours". So, I went Home And drafted this Review Update!

I've been a regular Customer for years at the Crest Hotel Pharmacy (now 'Vital+ Pharmacy'), and today (Tues, 1 June 2021) around 1:00 PM while at my local Kings Cross outdoor Caf table ~ I receive two separate visits from two Pharmacists at the Crest Hotel Pharmacy: One new, Ms KELLY S. (Vital+ Pharmacy) and one original, Mr MAX HAMER (Crest Hotel Pharmacy) ~ both regarding my customer service wellbeing. Never in our fantastic country Australia, if not the whole world has a Pharmacy given their Customer such par-excellent service, before and after their hours, and in the city too ~ I now give a 'Five Gold Star Rating', and counting!

Very good service. Ever since the interior remodelling, I've noticed a huge upgrade in the variety of products in-stock. The current staff are fantastic too.
