Stayed a night here on my ride through town. Cosy pub with a wonderful and cheery barmaid. I called ahead to book a room and she told me about some dangers on my route to town and to ride safely. I really appreciated that

Dont often leave 5 stars but heres why. The power went out at around 6pm and the bar allowed tabs for drinks and cooked steaks for all of our group for $10 less than normal. They also came around with some sides for all of us. Amazing service. Went above and beyond.

A very welcoming Hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here. The fire in the public bar was awesome. I booked a single room for the night which was excellent value. The showers and toilets were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, honey, etc. My only complaint was the dripping taps in the kitchen. I hate that many motels and hotels do not change tap washers. I loved being able to watch TV in a lounge and dining area especially for overnight guests. That was a bonus! Thank you for a great stay.

We had a great stay at The Globe Hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. However the most noteworthy part of our stay was the amazing service and the restaurant.

The Hotel was clean, had all of the amenities necessary and the rooms were very quiet; making for a comfortable sleep. The Food served was of good quality and the service extremely quick. There was a good selection of local wines, and everything on the menu could cater for different tastes. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner Paul has a very friendly nature, providing a very positive environment. If I ever decide to visit the region again, this hotel will be a place I would revisit.
