can't recommend these guy enough! Sarah and the team were amazing, the watch was a gift and is probably the most beautiful watch I have ever seen, beautiful quality and so well thought of. after a year with my watch I had to change the battery, when I took it in I was advised there might be something wrong with the stopper mechanism, as I really love my watch I have contacted the support team that encouraged me to send my watch in for them to have a look at ( not to mention the fast response and kind attitude the team had) and was contacted just a few days later advising they have decided to send me a new watch! all in all I am very happy with my watch, the team and there beautiful work, thank you * Picture of my new watch

The Horse has great quality products and prices. Their pieces are stylish and classic and timeless. I have 5 of their watches and the iPhone case. I get compliments from people all the time about my watches. The shipping is always fast and customer service is amazing. I have had two Horse watches. The first one did not keep the time after a year despite changing the battery numerous times. I then bought a second watch from Horse, as I love the look and like supporting Australian businesses. I purchased it in early Sept 2020, received it about Sept 10 2020 and the time marker fell off Sept 30th 2021. The leather watchband also was split by then. I contacted them regarding the marker and they said it was out of warranty and offered me a 15% discount on my next watch. I explained that the watch was only two weeks out of warranty and it was an issue with faulty workmanship and asked them to reconsider. Update: I have heard back from The Horse and they have asked me to send my watch in for repairs (presumably under warranty). Apart from initially refusing to accept my request, they have since been responsive and supportive with our contact.
