Have been a few times to play pokies, staff were usually quite nice, but today must have caught the lady in a bad mood. She was very rude for no reason. When I queried what I did wrong she was more abrupt. Won't be back, if I'm going to lose money I'll do it where I'm treated with more respect. We're being asked to frequent our local businesses, maybe they should consider how they treat their customers.

Service with a smile goes a long way...The staff members on my visit certainly did not have that...I popped in for a quiet one but their lack of warmth & customer service skills as I ordered a beer put a real downer on my experience ...

Nice environment sometimes luck is on your side and sometimes on the other :) people normally very friendly and staff always happy to look after U with a very friendly warm attitude.
