The Locker Room Hotel reviews
3 Star Review by Sharon Taylor
Nice relaxed vibes at this pub, and although it was a Friday afternoon and most of the people seemed like they had just come from work, the pub still managed to feel family friendly. The meals were definitely Insta worthy to look at - and they werent bad, but they just werent that good either for a number of reasons (eg diane sauce and coleslaw lacked flavour, bun didnt feel the freshest). We might give them another go in 6 months to see if their meals improve because we really liked the atmosphere.

Ive frequented this pub about a dozen times this year Its a Great looking pub and atmosphere is always quite electric around footy matches etc Staff is very friendly too Bistro really lets this place down though. Paid around $30 for a duck pizza, with one little piece of duck on each slice of pizza and very little topping (zoom in on my pic) they charge $3 for each additional dab of sauce etc Shanks in the photo where about $40, and wings about $15 not sure how much the chicken burger was? $25 I think

A bit pricey but the food quality is five stars. Drink also. Espresso martini is not very sweet but really dreamy. chicken burger is totally gourmet. Five times tastier than mcdornalds. I had a weekly special rump steak medium rare but the taste is unbelievably great. Grill cooked steak edge has real nice bbq taste, the centre is thoroughly medium. Very juicy and sweet flesh.

I have visited this lovely venue as a Professional Face Painter working here in the past. As a local living in the Olympic Park area, I was most happy enjoying the vibe and ambience of this pub/restaurant. Food is Amazing and the venue is beautiful and very open with lovely scenery at the top! Would definitely recommend this venue to have your function or event. Fantastic for families as well.

Held our engagement party on the rooftop as my fianc and I felt the venue was perfect for what we were after. We met with Adam during our initial enquiry, the process from booking to planning and delivering the day of our event was so accomodating!! The bar staff, Josh and Laura were fantastic to have host the evening. Thank you again Adam for all your help and patience you're an absolute legend!!!

Great buzz about the place. Friendly staff plus great food. Superb range of beers on tap. Pub to visit in Olympic Park.
2 Star Review by James Rutherford
Asked for a menu and was grunted at then pointed to the bar. Two female staff proceeded to have an argument loud enough for me two tables away to hear. Ordered and food came out pretty quickly. Aioli came out in pre packaged condiment which is rather poor. Chicken pieces for entree were cooked very well however once again they could be more liberal with the sauces. Sweet potato fries were great. Pizza was very dry with 2 cherry tomatoes, 24 small pieces of chicken and a sprinkle of diced bacon finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Base was good but could have handled double the toppings. Burger was the equivalent of something you'd get at a school tuck shop at a much more inflated price. Chicken parmy was pretty good although the creamy house slaw was a garden salad with a balsamic vinegarette instead, with no notice. Overall the food felt like a secondary concern with the establishment focused on getting patrons through the doors, watching sports on the big screen, increasing their blood alcohol level, and then getting food. Unfortunately it lacks personality and flavour. If the food was as fiery as the two employees having a disagreement, then it would have certainly been a higher rating.

The staff wasnt friendly or welcoming at all, one lady in particular was abrupt, unhelpful and rude. The food was well below average, I paid extra for vegetables and they arrived cold and hard. The lemon on my plate was off - mouldy and squishy. A real shame as the atmosphere of the place could have been quite enjoyable.

The food can be much better for the price you are paying.
