Wow, what a luxurious experience! The staff greeted my cousin and I with refreshers while we wait ( hehe a less than 5 mins wait btw). The Staff were courteous, warm, vibrant smiles! I felt like I was the only person there. Service was amazing And the Massage was even BETTERRRRR. I was ranting about so much my boyfriend decided he would go the next day! And he loved it as well. They have set the Bar xo next time Im in AU the Crown is one of my first stops.

Generally a good atmosphere with decent bar & gaming area. Unfortunatley on one occassion there was a female staff member whom was abusing 2 patrons for no apparent reason & she wasnt in uniform & appeared to be quite aggressive in demeanour. Generally speaking the place has a good atmosphere & staff are friendly but this occassion gave me a bad taiste in my mouth,no food avaliable there

A nice bar in the city with some good beers on tap. The staff are really friendly and know the repeat customers by name and order. I found that their lunch specials for food are decent and priced well, however the rest of the menu seems pricey for the venue. Drink prices are pretty reasonable and operating hours are till late.

Terrible service! Perhaps it was the waitperson's first day, but it was like she had never worked in hospitality before. We were just there for drinks and ordered 2 glasses of wine. The waitperson brought the 2 bottles of wine out, but no glasses. She lingered around our table holding the bottles as though we were supposed to do something to go and retrieve glasses. When she came back, she filled one of the glasses about a centimetre below the line on the glass. When we asked her to fill it to the line (the glass of wine cost us $20), she seemed very perplexed. It was also extremely hot sitting in the sun and there were no awnings to stop the beaming sun. Our glasses of wine got very hot very quickly. It's like this place has opened a bit early without being fully ready for customers. A shame as it's beautifully decorated.

Absolutely delicious! The building itself is quite old, but inside has a very clean dining area. Had to wait a while for our food to be served, but other than that, the Rump Steak and Chicken Schnitzel was just amazing.

In November 2022 we actually stayed at the Crown for one night. As you would expect from a virtually brand new 6 star establishment the room we had was luxurious, large and had a great water views down towards Darling Harbour. The service was impeccable and the room was spotless. Breakfast was included and the choice and varieties of food was magnificent. Not cheap, as you would expect, but definitely worth it.
