I have stayed at Crowne Plaza in Sydney many times and I am never disappointed with my stay. The staff here are very friendly and extremely accommodating. It is always very fast to check in and out, and I appreciate their flexibility when it comes to early and late checkouts. I recently made a booking and received a free room upgrade which was great. The room is extremely spacious, the bathrooms are immaculately, and they have more amenities than every other hotel I've been to. By default, they have 2x toothbrushes, a hair comb, GREAT quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion in BIG pumps, shavings kits, lavender spray, etc. It's great for anyone traveling as well - heaps of wall plugs (situated on both sides of the bed) and you can simply press a button near the door to call housekeeping (as opposed to calling reception to arrange, or hanging something on the door handle to get your room serviced). For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal. Location is very close to town hall station, great private parking for guests, accommodating staff and beautiful rooms. Will definitely stay again. Have stayed here on 3 occasions in the past 9 months and all have been enjoyable. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! Great selection of hot foods made to order and cold items ready to go. Some small issues we have come across, possibly due to new staff. In particular where we had a package the first visit that included parking but tried to charge me on check in and again on check out for it separately. Another time we prepaid but staff weren't sure and tried to charge again. The first time the room was on the smaller side but the following two times we were on the highest floor and a middle floor laid out differently and felt much more spacious. I'd love to try a junior suite sometime to compare. The third room we stayed in wasn't cleaned properly and there was some sticky stains on the tabletop near the tea/coffee making. The pool area is beautiful - perfect on a sunny summer day for a dip and a drink (or the other way around in moderation of course).

First time at this hotel and had a pleasant stay! The hotel is very environmentally conscious and some of the hotel decor appears to be inspired with natural/woody type of feel which which gives the hotel a unique look. Natasha checked us in to our room and she was very professional and friendly! The room was also very nice. My only issue was that the shower appeared to have not been cleaned 100% as hair remnants from the previous guest could be seen on the ground and on the walls. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended! The serving staff were all very prompt and professional and we had a nice view next to the window which made our eating experience even better! Additionally, it is conveniently located a few minutes walk from town hall station and plenty of food choices around to choose from. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel at least once in order to experience its charm.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza for my birthday week away and was amazed at the value for money. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the shops and within walking distance to Darling Harbour, yet far enough away to still be in a quiet street. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were 2 adults with 3 kids so we shared the two beds and were provided a cot for our baby. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and it was all delicious. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them to handle. On site parking was great for a family with 3 kids and several bags. Would 100% stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was superb and we were allowed to use our stay vouchers for it. However, the disappointing part was that we paid extra for a room with city views, but we didnt get it. One of the main reasons we decided to stay at Crowne Plaza is to get city views. There was nothing as such. Also the phone is the room want working, when we tried to order room service. We had to call the main reception from mobile, but it took us 15 min to get through. Next day when settling the bill, we were charged incorrectly. Also its wouldve been great if a staff member let us know there is a pool and gym on site. We wouldve used it. And no one asked how our stay was on checkout. This should be part of customer service. Although facilities are great, we wont be staying there again.

First time to stay in this hotel and we had a really great time. The executive twin room we booked is luxurious, cozy and comfortable. Loved the comfortable bed and pillows. Very clan and well maintained room. We included breakfast with our booking and glad we did! The location of the hotel is central and is walking distance to Chinatown, Darling Harbour/Square and Town Hall.
