Amazing oysters! I did not expect to get that tastes and the freshness of the oysters. They are creamy, smooth, sweet and fresh. I was not sure at first that I should order the oysters today but I was craving them, so why not. And they did not disappoint me. I will definitely order the oysters from here again if I visit the place next time. Drinks are always amazing great place to hang out with friends and playing pools which only accept cash so keep that in mind. There are plenty of pool tables. Services, depends whos working really. Hospitality is tough sometimes dealing with diverse customers so no complaints about the staffs as we probably dont know what they have been through each day. Anyway, LOVE THE OYSTERS. Thank you.

Occasional after work drinks on Fridays here always turn out to be great times that vibe well into the night. Reasonable priced drinks and surprisingly good oyster bar. Big enough space to mingle around and for a fun boogie here and there.

I absolutely must commend security working the night of LGBTQA+ party extra dirty. Professional, friendly and not overbearing. Sometimes gay events at straight venues feature homophobic staff. This certainly was not. The whole community talks, an absolutely if you want more bookings and more revenue. Keep doing what youre doing. The pink dollar is powerful and a safe space is one we always return to.

Went here on a Tuesday night, found a glass shard in my drink, approached the manager about the issue and his response was, to put it bluntly, viscous. He showed no visible remorse and instead directed verbal abuse towards my friends and I claiming we had fabricated accusations and even going so far as to check the CCTV footage, realising his mistake. He refused to apologise and wouldn't look me in the face when I was talking to him. It is a key responsibility as a manager to look after your customers and to make them feel safe, I did not feel safe or cared for. I am highly disappointed and could never in good conscious recommend this place to anyone.

A security guard here unnecessarily shoved me to see my stamp for entry to Kandys. He was talking to someone else and was not paying attention to the people coming in. Shoved me to stop and wait for him to finish talking but I spoke to another security guard standing by the entry while the first one was clearly distracted. The second security guard was lovely, asked to see my stamp and was about to escort me to my table for a friends bday when the first the security guard shoved me AGAIN to show him my stamp. I felt so violated. The second security guard was lovely but the first ones conduct was upsetting and did not need to touch me to see my stamp. He couldve easily used his words and asked to see the stamp like his colleague did in a professional manner without touching me. Also I was obviously doing all the right things when his colleague himself kindly offered to walk me to my table. Like why else am I being let in if I didnt have a stamp?! Such a shame because I had a lovely night with my friends but I did not feel safe in the venue with the kind people they hire where they think its ok to put their hands on people before communicating with their words.

Staff is good good food and drinks but Friday and Saturday night security are very in polite and heavy handed very let down by that one issue.
