The Resch House reviews

5 Star Review by Neale Ferguson

Every culture has its sacred sites and for those of us who came of age in New South Wales in the latter part of the 20th century this is one of those. Draught on tap, pilsner in the long neck, DA in the can,and perhaps the best meat pie I've had in forever.

Quality Reschs on tap, with $7 Schooners for RAS members. Clean bar with friendly, down to earth and welcoming staff.

great place to drink the best beer, efficient male bathroom design, wow!

4 Star Review by Seungkyu Eric Kim

A taphouse operated directly by the Resch brewery. There seem to be about 10 tap beers, and there is only one resch beer. The rest of Resch's bottled beer is plentiful. They don't seem to sell snacks, and there's no menu. Resch draft beer costs $9 and tastes great. It's a lager, but it doesn't have a bitter taste, and it's very delicious with a subtle scent that leaves a little bit of an aftertaste.

$13 for a jack daniels and coke is daylight robbery even by Sydney standards. Hope spirit drinkers aren't subsidising the $7 schooners. Otherwise a beautiful pub.

A new, old school bare basics pub with an old timey vibe to it. Decent selection of beers, friendly staff and a good place to sit and have a chat.
