Booked a 2 night stay. Was very disappointed upon arrival. The place wasnt clean. The size of the room was the best part. The floor was covered in dog hair. The bathroom was disgusting - the floor was sticky, vanity had hair down the front and in the basin and the shower had clumps of white stuff on the glass that hadnt been wiped off or cleaned at all. The lounge was covered in stains, dog hair and old food crumbs. There werent enough plates, bowls or cutlery for the three of us. We were expected to wash the dishes but there were no dish soap or tea towel. The walls and tiles had food and drink marks. When I commented to the manager our room wasnt clean - someone came and did a quick vacuum and wiped the vanity but the room was filthy. The microwave was dirty and the front of the fridge was covered in finger marks and old food. The room had not been cleaned in a fair while. Needs a good clean. Definitely not clean, not value for money and wont be staying there again.

The rooms are looking there age, the bathroom has been done up, the hot water is great and the pressure really good. The Aircon unit is a window rattler type and is a bit noisy but does its job. The young lady at reception was friendly and helpful. In saying all this it is a good place for an overnight stay whilst travelling

Mould in the shower, on bathroom ceiling & around the bathroom window. Grill in the stove was filthy dirty, had not been cleaned from where someone had cooked fatty meat. Sheets were old stained green sheets, not the clean white ones in the photos. Glad I brought my own pillow. Smoke alarms had been removed from the room. The people that live upstairs were singing early on a Sunday morning (shut up & dance with me) & you could hear their footsteps. The night we arrived a guy was sitting outside our door smoking. Even though they have no smoking signs, they provide ashtrays with complimentary cigarette butts. We took all our gear during the day as we didnt feel it was safe to leave there. Do yourself a favour & book else where. This place is very overpriced for what it offers.

This place is disgusting. Got caught badly here. Everything is falling apart, microwave didnt work but had to moved fridge to push in the dodgy plug and power point. Tap in bathroom vanity was wobbly and shower was dirty. Suspicious neighbours that looked like they were living there permanently. Very noisy at night. Blinds were difficult to open/close. Not enough plates or cutlery and what was there was dirty. Guests are asked to clean cutlery and plates or pay a $20 fee?? Floor was dirty and under the bed hasnt been cleaned for god knows how long. Enough said just avoid this place.

Dirty carpet. Smelled of cigarettes. Previous occupants dirty towel still hanging. Nightstand dirty. Bulbs not working. Needs a proper clean. Bathroom was ok.

The room was putrid, cochroaches in cutlery drawer, blood was visible on security door screen, no batteries in remote so air-conditioning would not work.I refused to stay with my family. Still waiting my refund 2 days later.

Stayed for 1 night on the way to Sydney. The manager was very helpful as we were late arriving. The room was a good size and the bed comfortably. No hot water for a shower and holes in the walls and door. Noisy due to traffic and no table in the room. Disappointing but the price was good.

Checked in and checked straight back out and got a refund would not recommend for a safe family stay. The atmosphere and people seam like its emergency housing

We booked this motel and ended up not being able to arrive as I had covid and they refused to return our money I thought that this was a poor thing to do we had driven for 12 hours through roads and table drains never been to Tamworth my phone was flat had way of contacting the motel it was almost 11pm we were lost and instead of sympathy we were told for not turning up we rang the next day with no help what so ever I think it's a disgusting to rip off customers who have a valid reason for not being able to stay now have lost 99 dollar's unfair recommendation don't stay there
