Tea Gardens Hotel reviews

4 Star Review by Toni Collins

Beautiful outlook. Food was very nice and service was fast as they were very busy. Decor was in keeping with theme of pub and looked great. Was there for Saturday lunch raffle. Good time had by all.

Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. Line up for the bar and to order dinner was long, its a popular place. We really enjoyed our meals and the food here has really improved since we visited years ago but the kitchen seemed extremely under the pump and staff seemed stressed out at both the bistro and bar....They were doing a great job and were all working super hard! Loved the woodfired pizza, we will be back next time we visit Hawkes Nest!

5 Star Review by Laura Palmieri

Very friendly atmosphere and the meals were quite large but look yummy as well.. I recommended the Fish Burito yum...and they make cocktails to..at the back they had a solo music artist..it was great night out

The menu on the website is not at all accurate. The website boasts modern Australian fare but the actual menu is very basic and classic pub grub. Tasty and well priced, but not at all what was advertised.

Had lunch here a few months ago and the chicken parmigiana was absolutely awful and my wife's sticky pork skewers were as dry as the Sahara desert.

Food has really gone down hill. Fish cone was underwhelming.
