The Harbour Rocks Hotel reviews
5 Star Review by Rebecca Cullers
We had a lovely time. Room was large enough for the 4 of us. Nice staff. Very small gym for 4 people. Beautiful outdoor lounge. Attractive reception area with good lighting. Cute crepe shop adjoining hotel.
5 Star Review by TUSHAR PATNAIK
Harbour rocks hotel indeed a luxury hotel and a hidden gem at the rocks. Had a wonderful stay for four nights. Rooms are comfy and tastefully decorated with a view of harbour. Love heritage building in the heart of rocks. Tayim is an exquisite place to have middle eastern cuisine at the centre of the rocks. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food with a pair of wine. Prices are affordable.

What a beautiful friendly hotel. My brother had a room here and we walked over from the cruise terminal after our cruise and met him for breakfast. Most impressive hotel, small boutique, romantic, and a great location in the Rocks.

My husband and I chose Harbour Rocks Hotel for its location. We werent disappointed and would definitely stay here again. A lovely cosy and friendly hotel right in the middle of the rocks. I cant write a review about this little gem without mentioning Moss the night manager from Calcutta who made us feel very welcome and at home during our stay. Thank you Moss and all of the team at Harbour rocks, you made our stay a comfortable and happy one, Jane & Jeremy

This is the Sydney experience you want. After COVID this was the first chance West Australians have had to indulge in science and learning in nearly three long years. Rather than choose a BIG hotel, I picked this one nestled amongst the bars of the historic Rocks district. Beautifully restored warehouse (with a temporary salubrious past) exposed bricks and beams meld with contemporary finishes and historical art work to make you feel part of Sydney history. Step outside and youre in the heart of Sydney past, but at night in the beat of Sydney present. A crperie downstairs for delicious morning goodies that will deliver to your room. At the end of the day, Moss the night manager will ensure your safety and comfort. A truly lovely stay. Next time in Sydney I will definitely be staying here.

The location, aesthetic and staff of the hotel are very impressive. There was however absolutely nothing to justify the $600 for a one night stay in a dismal brown room with stained carpet, no minibar and a sad offering of instant coffee and tea. It has all the character of a cheap coastal motel circa early 1980s. Disappointed to have wasted our anniversary night here when there were so many better options in the vicinity.

The location of this beautiful hotel is very convenient. Just a stone throw from Sydney harbour bridge and the iconic Opera House. The rooms are lovely and management is outstanding. Moss the Boss was first to greet us on our 9 day stay and was so hospitable and accommodating. He really made our visit warm and welcoming. I thourougly look forward to coming back. On top of that the tea and skin care products on offer are to die for.

We stayed here for 3 nights in this 5-star heritage building hotel over NYE. It was a great place to stay. Central location, walking distance to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and close to restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy, quiet location, friendly helpful staff, daily room service, and there's nice Australian brand hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser supplied and it smells divine. The downside is no lift, although it's only a 2 story hotel, and there is a dumbwaiter for luggage, and staff are helpful with your bags as well. Parking is quite expensive and you'll need to pull up on the street outside the hotel to load your bags into the car, otherwise you'll have to cross the street with your bags to get to the hotel/public parking. Also, there is no balcony. Recommended if you want a convenient location in The Rocks.
