I have been here twice now an I was disappointed both times with the food. First time I had the rump steak. It was cooked medium rare as requested but it was very chewy and tough. Second time I had the barramundi. It was a very skinny dried out fillet and certainly wasnt fresh. Imported frozen fish that I couldnt eat. The place needs to improve the quality of the produce they use. Staff are friendly

I work in the same industry and the pub was clean, the gaming room is how a gaming room should look, the lady offered me a drink and did snack runs the same as what I do. Plus she was very engaging in conversation etc.

Accomodation was basic, but spacious and inexpensive, and while reasonably clean, the room i was in could use a fumigation.. Had a burger for lunch that was nice, woodfired pizza for dinner, it was Pizza promo night, so while cheap, it was drab and flavourless - I've had better frozen pizzas. When it comes to food, quality fresh ingredients and flavour are paramount, and people will generally pay any amount of money for good quality food. You've no doubt spent a large amount of money putting in a commercial grade woodfired pizza oven, get the flavour right, charge more money if you have to, and you will make a killing. A pub full of punters coming for the food will be spending much money on drinks and entertainment too. Service from all the staff was absolutely top notch !!! I will likely stay again the next time I'm up that way.

Good local pub. Reasonable price feed, with reasonable sized portions. Beer garden with a pool table. Decent place to chill.

As a very long time customer. I thought this was the perfect hotel for me & my family. After the pandemic, we visited for the first time. This was a very horrible experience. First off the management is very poor, they didnt even show respect and care for their customers. When I told them I was going to complain and put a review about this, he said simply said you can complain anywhere. Second off, I booked for 2 children and 2 adults and they provided us with a single bed and a double bed. The third reason why I would not recommend this hotel is, when we came back to our room it was not cleaned. The beds were not made and when I went to complain, the only person who was working was the manager. The days that this room was clean, It was poorly managed. The room looks nothing like what its shown on the pictures. It looks 10 times worse as well as we need to share the bathroom with 11 other rooms. This hotel is lacking on facilities. On the next day we needed to switch hotels as we couldnt even get fresh air in that room. To conclude, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are expecting an Australian-Standard management.
