New England Hotel WALCHA reviews
4 Star Review by Clayton Anstiss
A great example of a country pub. Great barmaid ( Cindy ) a nice welcome from the locals and $3 50 great northern zero. Only minus was you had to smoke outside. Also a good Chinese restaurant attached
4 Star Review by warwick harrison
Warm, friendly vibe in this pub. Open fire was a treat. Hotel rooms left a lot to be desired, but at $50 for the night, a welcome respite from an uncomfortable night drive.
3 Star Review by Richo
Perfectly acceptable room for the price paid.nice double bed,tv and hot shower. The Chinese restaurant in the pub does a great meal too.
4 Star Review by Paul Ma
The Chinese restaurant served all 25 of us for Easter Saturday dinner. Great food and smiley service, both in the restaurant and in the bar. Even a few dances for some of the ladies with the barman. Excellent and thank you to all of the staff for making our evening a good one!

Not hard to smile guysthis is the most unfriendly, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming rural pub Ive ever been to. Beer wasnt great either. Group of ten of us, would have spent hundreds of dollars.left before we even finished our drinks. Go to the bowls club instead.

Was a good place to pull into for a Chinese meal and a drink. Will be back again when passing through!
