Attended here to watch an amazing band called Skylark. They were full of energy and great covers of historical tracks. The service was great and the food was delicious. Buzzing environment with a friendly vibe.

What a terrible night. Staff have no customer service at all. Food was raw and just disgusting. I booked 3 weeks ago on the web site. Received my confirmation email so was happy Fathers Day dinner was sorted. Turned up 10min prior to our booking time, went into the bistro area checked all the reserved tables and couldnt see our name. Went to the bar staff and his reply was, look at the tables and find your name! Went and checked all tables again and definitely no table for us. Went back to the bar and then got asked did you book? I reply yes and show my conformation email his reply was ohhh you booked online we dont get them! You will need to just go find a table! We make our way out and had to go sit out in the beer garden in the freezing cold with a baby and 2 young children. As you can imagine I was annoyed but didnt want to ruin my husbands night so just tried to disregard the lack of customer service. Went up to order placed the entree order went to start with mains to be told No! they need to be ordered separately as they cant tell when things will come out. Entrees come out. loaded fries 6/10, bruschetta 8/10, pork fritters 2/10, cob loaf 1/10 and was not the one that was on the menu. We then place our order for mains. Beef burger was dry and no flavour chicken burger was raw along with the kids chicken nuggets and chips being very under cooked. When we returned the raw chicken burger the staff gave attitude and asked what else we had eaten. Very sad and annoying night $180 sent for a family of 7 and KFC would of done better. To think we got married here 10 years ago. Will never go back and will tell anyone wanting to go NOT TOO.

There was no order of service at the bar, and the bartenders nails were filthy. Staff at the bistro had not a lot of idea about whether or not kids packs are included with kids meals (they used to be, but three packs would have cost $7.50 tonight). Waiting for our food - the only way is up!

Waited over 30 mins for fish and chips + burger + calamari salad. None out of the three were good. Burger meat was burnt. Calamari was good but the salad has no dressing and tasted like a Coles bag. Kids fish and chips the fish was over cooked so it was like eating rubber and no sauce provided. Lots of seating and good kids playground. Wont be back here again unless Im desperate to eat coal.
